Tameside Council are looking for two capable childcare litigators with substantial post qualification experience, who are interested in working for a forward thinking progressive Local Authority and are committed to the public sector business.

They will focus on all aspects of child protection litigation and surrounding advice and assistance, and include inquest, ombudsman and judicial review work, together with supervision of junior colleagues.  There will also be an opportunity to become involved in the strategic aims and objectives of child protection policy and procedure.

Candidates who may prefer a more focused advocate’s role are also encouraged to apply.
