Legal 100 Law firm seeking clinical negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive to add to their thriving practice group.
This highly regarded law firm with an excellent reputation regionally, is seeking to expand their clin neg team, with the addition of an ambitious individual with exposure to a range of clinical negligence issues.
The department deals with a mixture of transactions on behalf of Doctors, Dentists, Nurses, Therapists and a range of other professionals. You will be involved in drafting pleadings, witness statements and letters of response, conducting face to face negotiations and mediation of claims as well as preparing counter schedules. You will act as a primary contact for clients on a day to day basis providing them with commercially focused legal advice.
