Job Details
Due to continual success, a fun and distinctive food chain are looking for a Sole Legal Counsel to join their Head Office in Greater London. You will be responsible for managing a variety of commercial contracts as well as advising the business on any relevant obligations or risks. The ideal Legal Counsel will have 2+ PQE with experience of franchise law essential. Salary is flexible dependant on experience, c.£50,000-£60,000.

Based in Greater London, the Head Office boasts a friendly and creative work culture, with flexible working hours encouraged.
Due to the continued growth of the business and the number of operating franchises constantly expanding, a need has arisen for the companies first Legal Counsel. The successful solicitor will be minimum 2+ PQE, with experience of franchise law essential. You will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating the company's commercial contracts and advising on best practices for managing franchise agreements. The company are looking for a confident, entrepreneurial minded Legal Counsel with an awareness of franchise law and how best to manage it.
