Residential Conveyancer

My client seeks an experienced solicitor or legal executive to join their Residential Property Team in the heart of Poole.

The successful candidate will have between 5 - 10 years' experience within a residential property role and will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with complex residential property conveyancing caseloads.

This is an exciting role which involves working closely with colleagues within a dynamic team of forward-thinking individuals. The ideal candidate will therefore have the ability to adopt a creative, and commercial approach to their work.

It would be beneficial but not essential for the successful candidate to have a clietn following which they could continue to instruct in this new role.

Pro-active business development skills are essential as you will be required to take an active role in Marketing and client relationships. You should therefore be able to demonstrate success in generating new work and nuturing existing relationships.
