Senior Solicitor/Head of Residential Property -  Sevenoaks, Kent

My client is an award winning property department based in Sevenoaks with offices across Sussex and Kent are currently looking to appoint a Head of Residential Property to work within the Property Department. The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Residential Property Solicitor or conveyancing professional and actively contribute to the running of the firm and to its long term strategy, to create and be responsible for departmental plans and strategies.

The firm is seeking applications from experienced conveyancing professionals who have a combination of a thorough knowledge of all aspects of residential property law; an approachable, client-facing and business development-oriented mentality; and the drive and ambition to turn the department into a local market leader within this discipline.

About You:

• You have a tactical approach of prioritising your workload

• Supervision and Development and Training of property staff

• Have the ability to source work and has a track record of new business development

• You work well within a team as well as on your own initiative

• Must have an understanding of SRA & Law society rules and regulations

• You are passionate about staff personal career development
