I am on the lookout for Corporate & Commercial lawyers for an opportunity that has come up at a legal 500 and chambers listed firm based in Ipswich. You will be exposed to a broad range of good quality corporate and commercial work including advising on things such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate restructuring, business setups and a broad range of commercial contracts as well as providing corporate advice and support to the firms commercial litigation team when required.

This role would suit a Corporate & commercial lawyers with upwards of 1 years PQE looking to move out of working in a large commercial firm perhaps with a top heavy department or limited progression prospects. The firm focuses on the close and lasting relationships they create with their clients and they achieve this by spending time with their clients, getting to know them and their businesses and providing an individual and personal service. Working closely with the senior members of the team you will be supported and encouraged with your development to ensure you are able to fulfill your potential and career ambitions.
