Residential Property Associate/ Partner

The firm in question has embarked on a mission to develop its Residential Property offering within the Home Counties region to capitalise on a strong existing commercial client base. As such, along with residential conveyancing and family law, the firm is looking for a circa 10 Yrs. PQE Residential Property Associate/ Partner to develop the Residential Property and New Builds offering, with the full support of a dynamic team and resources of a highly-regarded, regional firm.

The role will naturally involve business development, as well as supporting more junior members of the team and developing a caseload and high-net-worth client base. You will be involved in initially assisting with, and eventually heading up the strategic positioning of this growing Residential Property department and will benefit from an entirely negotiable and highly competitive salary and continued progression as this impressive department evolves. Ideally, the chosen Residential Property Associate/ Partner will have several years of experience in an established department and will have demonstrable experience handling business development and nurturing a client base.
