COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR / ASSOCIATE - CITY -
Our client, a leading law firm within the Health & Social Care sector are seeking a Commercial Solicitor / Associate to Senior Associate with experience within the GP sector.
Experience in the following areas would be most beneficial:-
Drafting partnership agreements, dealing with all partnership matters, new and retiring partners and dissolution. Handling practice mergers, transfer of NHS contracts, transfer agreements, warranties, idemnities and CQC registration, establishing super partnerships. Advising on the set up of GP provider companies compliance with the Companies Act and Director's duties.
