Head of Residential Property - Established Team

A very strong high street practice is eager to consolidate its residential conveyancing offering by bringing on board an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer to be responsible for the firms' current Residential Property Team.

Based in the heart of Worcester, this practice has been serving the locality for a considerable number of years and is held in particularly high regard for dealing with residential property, family, catastrophic injury and clinical negligence matters.

The residential property team forms the core of the practice and the firm now wishes to appoint an experienced residential conveyancing practitioner to lead the team as well as dealing with their own caseload of matters. There is also an element of succession planning in mind with this hire meaning that this is a role that has longevity along with prospects to progress further.

You will ideally have a minimum of 7 years' PQE and will be proficient in dealing with the full remit of residential conveyancing matters and you will already have experience of managing a team. You will be able to demonstrate having been a technical referral point to junior members of the team and be able to show that you operate in an approachable, transparent and down to earth manner as well as being able to evidence occasions where you have coached junior team members in order to enhance their skills and allowing them to progress into well-rounded practitioners.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancing practitioner to join a very well-respected firm and be responsible for a team of very good conveyancers where you will have exposure to good quality matters and be able to further strengthen the teams' links to the local community.
