CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE NQ+ SOLICITOR - LINCOLN

An excellent opportunity has opened up for an NQ+ clinical negligence solicitor to join one of the leading firms in Lincoln.

This varied role will focus on the delivery of expert advice in relation to claimant clinical negligence matters. You will provide support to the Head of Department and other experienced clinical negligence solicitors within the team. As well as being responsible for running your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence claims and personal injury claims relating to brain injury, general surgery, GP negligence, delay diagnosis, orthopaedics, paediatrics, oncology and nursing care.

They are ideally looking for an NQ+ Solicitor that has gained at least 6 months claimant clinical negligence experience, has a strong academic record and, most importantly, is very passionate about furthering their career in this niche and often complex area of law. Any experience gained as a trainee in claimant personal injury is desirable although not essential.
