Commercial Property Solicitor– Our client, a leading multi office firm with offices in London and Hertfordshire have asked us to find them an experienced commercial property lawyer to join their team.

Due to planned retirement they are now seeking a c.4PQE+ solicitor with a proven track record and who is at the stage in their career where they are looking to Partnership with a well-established practice.
You will need to hit the ground running handling a range of HNW transactions including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant work, freehold and leasehold titles, drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases and agreements, licences, guarantees and legal charges.

They are interested in talking to energetic and personable people with good client facing skills and with the ability to work well as part of a successful team. On offer is a highly competitive salary package along with partnership prospects. This is a well-managed practice with an effective business model that has seen consistent growth over the past few years.
