Job Details
A well-established law firm in Sheffield, specializing in all areas of law including family law are looking to recruit a childcare locum for around 3 months to cover whilst a new permanent member of staff joins the team.
The Role
This is an ideal opportunity for a Lawyer with membership of the Law Society's Children panel to manage their own caseload of Childcare matters. You will undertake an array of duties which may include: contact and residency issues; representing children, parents and guardians in public law proceedings; Emergency Protection Orders; Care and Supervision Orders; dealing with social services, schools, local authorities and other agencies.
