The Role

This exciting role has arisen due to the uptake of numerous high-profile cases and dramatic departmental growth in a very buoyant market.

They are looking for a highly motivated Senior Lawyer in Asbestos claims, with a positive attitude and excellent client care and communication skills to be based in Cardiff.

The role will involve conducting a high quality caseload and providing support and supervision to junior lawyers. You will play an important role in the Unit in helping to achieve the Unit's objectives.

In return, you will have the opportunity to advance your career by working on a diverse portfolio of cases, which will include highly-prestigious and interesting Personal Injury cases within Asbestos and Disease.

You may be supervising junior lawyers, throughout your time at the firm, therefore will need to have relevant supervisory experience, e.g managing others.

The cases you may work on can vary between £15,000 - £550,000!

Requirements

• You will be a qualified Personal Injury solicitor or legal executive with 4+ years PQE
• You need to have a strong knowledge of Asbestos claims

• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
