Corporate Solicitor – 0- 2 Years PQE Swansea
This very well established Swansea full service law firm is looking to recruit an ambitious corporate solicitor to take up a key role within a small corporate commercial team. This role might suit someone who is travelling to Cardiff from Swansea and would prefer to be closer to home.
What's involved?
- Dealing with the full range of corporate and commercial work on behalf of a regional cross sector client base of predominantly OMBs and SMEs
- Bias towards corporate work - MBOs, business sales and purchases, company formations, shareholder and partnership agreements, LLP matters
- General commercial agreements including Terms & Conditions, agreements etc
- Taking up a key role in client relationship management and business development alongside a senior partner
- Working alongside other departments of the firm on joint projects
