The Role

This firm are looking for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor or Partner to be a Partner in Residential Property in their flourishing and well respected Residential Property office in Maidstone, Kent.

You will be a driving force for change in the firm, lead a very accomplished, nationally recognized and top tier Residential Property law department to further success, and business develop and market for the firm.

This is an incredible chance to make your mark on a very well respected firm, with good connections to the community, and dealing in Property work including buying and selling, declarations of trust, equity release, lease extensions, plot sales, transfer of equity, amongst more.

You will work on high end transactions, lead the Property department and mentor and train the fee earners and Solicitors in the department, act for high end clients and business develop for the firm, growing your client base and servicing top clients with the financial backing of a very strong, well respected firm with a strong heritage and a client base to rival that of City firms.
