Commercial Property Solicitor - 3+ PQE
Bath
Legal 200 firm acting for a wide range of businesses, from start up and SME, to multinationals and FTSE250 companies, as well as numerous public and third sector bodies.
You will be joining an outstanding team specialising in Commercial Property, offering a diverse and rewarding role from their fast-paced yet aesthetic offices based in Bath.
You will have experience of managing your own caseload of Commercial Property matters including freehold acquisitions and disposals, site acquisitions, development and secured lending and commercial leasehold transactions.
