The successful residential conveyancing fee earner will handle an existing caseload of residential matters as part of a specialist team. Alongside freehold and leasehold transactions to include mortgages, transfers of equity, buy to let, re-mortgaging and first registrations, the ideal applicant will maintain strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and external professionals.
