One of the leading Residential Development Law Firms in the country is looking to recruit an Associate Level Residential Development Solicitor for its award winning Manchester based Team.
The opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for any Solicitor who is looking to work for one of the pre-eminent residential development teams currently operating in the North West.
Work comes from high profile regional and national house builders and is of unparalleled quality.
This position would suit Residential Development Solicitors who are looking for that next step in their career and the chance to gain exposure to a wide and varied caseload of residential development matters. Applications are also welcomed from Real Estate Solicitors with more general property-based experience who are looking for a move into a more varied role which offers plenty of scope for career development.

The firm has cemented its reputation in recent years for residential development work.
They currently work for all of the top 10 and 18 of the top 20 largest UK housebuilders (by unit numbers).
The details
The Residential Development Team is looking to take and invest in a Real Estate or Residential Development Solicitor from upwards of 4 years PQE
The Department offers a full service to private developers and housing associations in areas of commercial property and commercial and residential development law, acting for a broad range of national and regional house builders, RP's, local authorities and funders.
The firm are keen to appoint a Residential Development Solicitor to advise on:
Complex and large-scale land acquisitions,
Site set-ups,
Option agreements,
Site assembly,
Collaboration agreements between developers,
Disposals of serviced parcels,
Funding arrangements,
Strategic options,
Urban regeneration,
HCA grant arrangements.

Salary in excess of £53,000
