RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY CONVEYANCING / RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER
An outstanding opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a solid background in Residential Property matters to join a great Kent firm,
This well established firm put their clients needs first and pride themselves on offering an exceptional service.
The successful candidate will be undertaking a broad residential property caseload to include sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, transfer of equity and right to buy. This is a progressive and exciting opportunity and there is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in managing and developing the department.
Ideally you will have 3 years + experience in a range of residential property transactions with proven fee earning, and client development skills.
