The Role

Because this firm is expanding, they are looking for a Commercial Property Legal Executive (12+ months experience) to join their very well respected Tonbridge Wells office, in Kent.

The role will involve a hands on approach, and you will work on a very interesting, varied and high value case load whilst learning from some of the best in the industry. The team assists public and private companies, financial institutions, retailers, institutional and individual investors and developers, corporate and government occupiers, landed estates and businesses with specific property requirements.

The team works on a variety of Real Estate matters, including: funding, planning, acquisition and development, asset management and disposal. They are also supported by one of the biggest Dispute Resolution teams in the South East, who work in tandem with the Commercial Property team.
