Employment Paralegal

Employment Paralegal - A Bristol Law firm requires a Employment Paralegal to join their Employment team to run a case load of employment files. The Employment Paralegal will have previous experience of dealing with Employment Tribunal files as well as supporting other fee earners in the Employment team on non contentious employment matters.The employment work involves varied claimant litigation including high quality work, complex discrimination, protected disclosure cases and plenty of scope for developing legal skills in a friendly, collegiate environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
·Advising clients on potential Employment Tribunal claims;
·Running a case load of Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting pleadings, drafting witness statements, negotiating settlements, and instructing counsel or advocates as necessary;
·Complying with service level agreements;
·Supporting other members of the team in running their case loads.

Salary dependent upon experience £18,000 to £28,000
