The Role

Because this firm are growing, they are looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (NQ) to join their well respected, flourishing Commercial Litigation department in their high tech Brighton office, East Sussex.

The Commercial/Business team deal with a range of interesting and varied work to SME's, medium size enterprises and business owners, specializing in contracts with customers, suppliers and business partners. The work they cover includes business law, business debt recovery, statutory demands, shareholder/partnership disputes, contract law and restrictive covenants.

As part of the Commercial Litigation team, you will assist some of the best specialist Solicitors and Partners in the area, as well taking on interesting cases yourself, across contractual law. This will include breaches of contract and termination, as well as consumer contracts, covenants between companies and departing individuals, insolvency, and much more.
