Your new role

This employment lawyer role will see you handle a respondent based caseload. The business has a truly excellent client base and acts for an array of blue chip clients. The role will involve you providing high level advice to a range of senior HR professionals, managers and directors. This employment position will include both contentious and non-contentious matters. There is ample opportunity to get involved in Tribunal advocacy if this is what you would like to do. The position would also see you involved in investigations and in providing bespoke training to clients.


What you'll need to succeed

You should be an employment lawyer with 4+ years' pqe who is looking for a new challenge where your talents will be rewarded. You should have gained respondent experience and will ideally have had exposure to advising larger corporate clients. In this role, client relationship management skills are key and so you should be someone who is able to provide the highest possible level of client service.
