The Role

Because this firm are growing, they are looking for a Property Litigation Partner to join their well respected, flourishing Property Litigation department in their high tech Brighton office, East Sussex.

The Property Litigation team deal with a range of interesting and varied contentious work across Property Law including: general property disputes, commercial possession, relief from forfeiture, bailiffs, service charge disputes, breach of covenants, sales and ownership disputes, landlord and tenant and dilapidation disputes.

You will be a Partner at a firm that is punching above their weight, and lead alongside some of the best in the industry. You will supervise and mentor junior members of staff, undertake the most complex Property Litigation matters that the firm brings in, market and business develop for the firm.
