Job Details
Having been established in North Yorkshire since the 1800s, this long established law firm is looking to add to its Residential Property department.
You will be working closely with a legal advisor and although you will not have set fee targets you will hold your own caseload and be responsible for: attending regular meetings, providing support to your clients from instruction right through to completion on a variety of matters such as sales, purchasing, transfers of equity and re-mortgage.
You will also provide high level support to the Fee Earners and will assist in the provision of an efficient, personal and professional service at all times, ensuring that business objectives are achieved.
You will have:
- Previous experience of working in a similar role within Residential Property
- Previous experience with holding your own caseload (this is advantageous and not essential)
- The ability to maintain a strong working relationship with your clients and their business
