Family Law Solicitor – Blackpool

A Lexcel Award Winning and busy Legal Practice based in Blackpool require a Family Law Solicitor to join our team.  Key skills will include:

• Experience of dealing with all aspects of Family Law including Public and Private Law Children matters, Financial Remedy and TOLATA.
• Membership of Law Society Children’s Panel preferred but not essential.
• Working knowledge of Public Funding and Legal Aid procedures an advantage.
• IT skills and ability to work autonomously are essential.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ambition and drive.

Although the successful Applicant will be required to work with appropriate autonomy, full secretarial and administrative support will be available.

Competitive salary linked to a bonus depending upon experience and performance.
