Company Commercial Lawyer

This firm is a leading law firm in the South of England and provides a range of services to both businesses and individuals. They have a network of offices across Somerset, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and London.

For a regional firm, they tend to deal with work that you would usually associate with firms in the City and clients include some big names.

They are seeking a Company Commercial Lawyer 3+ PQE.

The Role

You will be an experienced Company Commercial Lawyer 3+ PQE to join this outstanding practice in Bath, Somerset.

This is a rare chance to join an incredibly strong team at a Legal 500 practice, which deals with London quality work from the beautiful city of Bath where you can benefit from the same quality as being in the City, but, with much more in the way of work/life balance.

They are seeking an experienced corporate and commercial Solicitor to work closely with the head of department, to deliver a high standard of legal advice to clients in a commercially astute manner, delivering outstanding client service at all times.

You will assist with the marketing of the department's services and undertaking business development activities to build on the firm and team's reputation for excellence.

You will be:

• A qualified Company Commercial Lawyer3+ PQE (no upper limit to level of PQE)
• Experience within corporate & commercial law is essential.
• Experience and understanding of the health & social care sector is desirable. An interest in specialising in this sector is essential
• Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience, so this could be a good opportunity to land some more gainful employment
