Real Estate Paralegal

LAW Absolute are currently working with a top tier US law firm based in the City who are seeking a high calibre, enthusiastic paralegal to join their commercial real estate department on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be an integral member of the real estate team and as such will have a high level of autonomy and responsibility. Day to day duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following; providing first drafts of transfers, leases and licences, conducting due diligence, reviewing property searches and title documents, carrying out legal research and liaising with clients and third parties amongst various other duties.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong academic profile as well as prior experience in a Real Estate paralegal position at a top tier law firm.
