The Role

Because the firm is expanding, they are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their thriving and very well respected Property department in Hastings, East Sussex.

The Residential Property team act on buying and selling, from studio flats to multi-million pound properties, for lenders, on investment properties, in transfers of Equity and remortgages, agricultural land and shared ownership, new build, Power of Attorney, extending leases and freehold, declarations of trust, and with property dispute resolution.

You will work on a dynamic case load built from years of the firm servicing local clients; they have excellent community links and a varied client base, and you will be given the support and encouragement to business develop and grow the department in a friendly environment.
