Interim Legal Counsel - FTC

New opportunity for a qualified Solicitor with experience of Commercial Contracts to join an International Business at their South Yorkshire base near Barnsley

Our client is a long established provider of Medicines and Medical equipment across Europe. Operating cross border, their UK Legal team is exposed to a fantastic breadth of challenging and varied Legal work.

As Assistant Counsel, you will have a wide remit including drafting and negotiating contracts, assisting multiple business units with commercially sensitive decisions, and assisting the General Counsel on larger projects. You will form an integral part of a small but dynamic legal team which has an integral role to play in the UK and International business.

They are seeking a Qualified Solicitor from NQ - 2 years to join them on a 12 month FTC. Ideally this would be suitable for candidates who are seeking to get back to a quality Commercial role or those wishing to work closer to home. We would also be interested to hear from more Senior Solicitors who perhaps wish to work on a Part Time basis.
