Dispute Resolution & Professional Negligence Associate 1-5 PQE

A fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor/ Associate to join a leading law firms Dispute Resolution & Professional Negligence team in either their Nottingham or Leicester office.

Your new role will be to mainly support the growth of the team's claimant professional practice alongside providing support to commercial disputes. You will be required to assist the legal director on a broad range of claimant professional negligence disputes whilst assisting other senior team members with commercial disputes - including warranty claims, procurement issues, IT disputes, significant debt recovery and director dispute cases.

The ideal candidate will have 1-5 PQE dispute resolution experience working within a law firm and have experience of handling claimant professional negligence claims. You will also have knowledge and ideally experience of contingent and conditional funding arrangements for professional negligence claims. You will also have evidence of business development within the professional negligence sector or be able to prove you can engage in such activity.
