Do you want to gain experience Heading a Department in Residential Property, building a team, and taking over an already successful department? This role would also come with an excellent platform for progression.

The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Residential Property Solicitor to come in and Head an already successful department.

You will spend roughly half of your time managing the team and half fee earning. You would be responsible for the performance of the department whilst working alongside the Partner. A keen interest in business development compounded with an entrepreneurial mind is key.

You will have experience in all areas of Residential Property matters but more specifically you will deal with a caseload consisting of; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and Lease extensions.

The Requirements:

  • You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 5+ year experience
  • You would have had some experience managing a team.
  • You will be confident managing your own caseload and meeting with clients
  • You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Strong IT skills
  • Salary would be largely dependent on experience
