A stand out Surrey firm are recruiting an Immigration Lawyer looking for high quality work in a firm with a family feel and flexibility and work-life balance being engrained in their culture. This Legal 500 firm are well established in the area with history dating back over 150 years. They have much less of a corporate culture and are known for dealing with high quality work, often with HNW individuals. The firm also have an office in London which they have recently opened due to excellent expansion.

The Role

The firm are seeking a Residential Conveyancer with at least 1+ years PQE, or equivalent experienced, to join one of their highly successful offices in Surrey.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to establish themselves in this highly regarded Legal 500 Practice. Well known for their Immigration, Employment, Commercial and Insolvency work this firm competes with City firms in many ways, and has a client base that would challenge most London based firms.

The individual will have experience handling a Conveyancing caseload, including but not limited to; Sale & Purchases of freehold / leasehold, new leases and extensions, Remortgages, collective enfranchisement, with some Commercial overlap.
Although a junior position the successful individual will be a motivated and autonomous worker, and will answer directly to Partners. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain excellent exposure in one of the most highly regarded firms outside central London.

The Requirements

• You will have at least 1+ years PQE, or equivalent experience in conveyancing.
• You will be looking to be actively engaging in business development.
• You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.
• Fluency in other languages is not a requirement but would be preferable
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your experience.
