The Role

Because this firm are expanding, they are looking for a Senior Employment Solicitor or Head of Employment to be Head of their Employment Department.

The Employment team, as well as cross referring work to the Litigation team and other departments, deal with a wide range of Employment issues, including: discrimination, grievances, disciplinaries, misconduct, maternity related issues, Commercial Agency Law, whistleblowing, resignation and constructive dismissal, unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, Settlement Agreements and much more.

The firm has a huge influx of Employment law work and referrals coming in, and to better deal with this, they are looking for a Senior Employment Solicitor or current Head of Department to undertake the most complex, high value work, build a team of Employment lawyers, business develop and market for the team.

You will be supported every step of the way, by a firm with huge ambition, financial backing, an active case load, and with the marketing and development tools required to assist you in building up and leading their Employment department.

You will make your mark on a very exciting, flourishing firm with big plans for the future.
