Employment NQ Solicitor - Leeds

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified employment lawyer to join a Top 30 law firm at their Leeds offices.

This firm have a fantastic client base of commercial clients and undertake the full range of respondent employment work.

The successful applicant will enjoy a good mix of contentious and non-contentious work for a quality client base ranging from blue chip businesses (including FTSE100) and major international businesses. Being able to handle your own caseload you will assist the associates and partners on more complex matters. There will also be some corporate and project support work.

Having excellent communication skills you will have a high level of client contact including some business development work such as delivering training/presentations and assisting with tenders. Although you will receive excellent training and development in a hard working team, a solid foundation in employment is essential and you will ideally have at least one year post qualification experience specialising in UK employment law for a respondent/employer client base. Advocacy experience would be advantageous but not essential.
