Litigation Solicitor - This is a new opportunity for a Litigation to work as part of a small, dedicated and experienced litigation team in a professional, friendly and warm private practice law firm in Wiltshire. The Litigation Solicitor law firm requires a proven history in dealing with predominately civil litigation files.
The Litigation role:
This Litigation Solicitor role offers an opportunity to work under a Partner on a comprehensive range of Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution cases such as property litigation, boundary and neighbour disputes, contract disputes and debt recovery. The Litigation Solicitor will be provided with an existing caseload and must be motivated to develop and grow this caseload through business development and marketing.
Salary and benefits
Salary dependent upon experience Circa £50,000.
