The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor based in the firms flouring and growing Camberwell, London office

The Residential Property department deals with an excellent quality of work, a good proportion of which is high-value and more bespoke Conveyancing work acting for HNW individuals, a large proportion of which will be London work. You will work alongside a Partner dealing with a broad and varied caseload of; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and Lease extensions.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with between NQ - 3 years PQE
• You should have sat at least one seat in Conveyancing and have a good level of technical knowledge
• This role comes with one of the most lucrative bonus structure which allows you to earn 20% of your billings
• Salary is very negotiable depending on your level of PQE
