Property Paralegal – Cambridgeshire – £12-£18 per hour DOE – Start ASAP for 2-3 months +
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Paralegal to join a Cambridgeshire based law firm on a locum basis.
The successful applicant will join a busy property department and have responsibility for carrying out searches on registered and unregistered land. They will also be responsible for taking and responding to enquiries and handling transactions for the sale and purchase of property.
Our client is looking for a Paralegal with experience within a property team to join them ASAP whilst they recruit on a permanent basis. The locum assignment is likely to last 2-3 months+.
A competitive rate is on offer between £12-£18 per hour. This is entirely dependent on individual experience and candidates with extensive experience seeking a higher rate are welcome to apply.
