A vacancy has arisen for a Conveyancer to join a rapidly expanding legal 500, multi-sited firm based from their office in the Braintree area. Salary dependent on experience though to c.45k.
Boasting a good reputation, the firm's conveyancing department is currently undergoing a surge in incoming work leading to this urgent vacancy for an experienced Conveyancer.
You will also handle your own caseload of high volume sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity for both freehold & leasehold properties. Applications are invited from Solicitors/ILEX/Licensed Conveyancers with 3+ years fee earning experience and good technical ability. Applications from non-qualified candidates will be considered as long as the relevant experience is evident. You will join the Braintree office but be part of a much wider network of offices, you will be at the forefront of a growing department and it is desirable that you will have some good business developing and networking experience and ambition to progress.
