Salary Negotiable based on Experience
My client who are an award winning and Lexcel accredited law firm with several regional offices based throughout East Riding and North Yorkshire are seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor.
The Role:
As a Commercial Property Solicitor with this firm, you will be dealing with a varied and interesting caseload of Commercial Property matters from instruction through to conclusion. You will be dealing with matters such as but not limited to;
- Sales and Purchase of small businesses and companies
- Purchase of industrial sites such as retail units, offices as well as development land
- Converts and title matters
- New Leases / Assignment and termination of leases
- Agricultural and farm land
The Candidate:
As an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have a minimum of 2 years PQE, you will have excellent communication and organisation skills. You will be a team player but will be equally comfortable working alone. You will be able to deliver high levels of customer service to both new and existing clients and will be comfortable with networking to maintain relations.
