Over the last 18 months, we have established a small Family and Private Client department. We are now looking for an Experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to manage the department and build upon the excellent start we have made. It is an opportunity for the right person to shape their own department. You will be assisted by a trainee and have full marketing and administrative support. It is anticipated that further recruitment will be made to support you as you grow the department over both offices.

It will suit somebody with an entrepreneurial flair, an ability to use their own initiative, with a highly developed commercial awareness. As this is a senior role there will be a requirement to get involved in business development and networking to help grow the department further.

You will undertake an array of duties to include:

• divorce;
• financial provision in divorce;
• separation;
• pre-marital agreements;
• cohabitation disputes;
• children;
• division of assets;
• civil partnerships;

Due to the work on offer, we need someone with significant family and private client experience and are eager to hear from candidates with 3+ year's PQE. A willingness to develop the business is a must alongside a real drive and energy to bring new work in.
