Paralegal - Commercial Property (Leading to Training Contract) - Blandford Forum

A very well regarded law firm with several offices across the Dorset region are seeking to bring in a committed and enthusiastic Paralegal for support and professional development in their Commercial Property Team.

The firm deal with a range of legal services relating to individuals and companies across the county and beyond. The Commercial Property team handles a diverse range of matters including Leases of business premises, Freehold sales and purchases, developments, joint ventures, Options and conditional contracts and Planning obligations

As a Paralegal you will provide support to the Head of Department and fee earners ensuring they are able to run an efficient and profitable caseload. You will ideally have completed the LPC already (or close to it if studying part-time) and be able to experience of working in a legal Property team with Commercial property experience obviously being viewed as highly advantageous.

This is a very genuine opportunity to develop professionally an achieve qualified status, the firm have a clear policy on developing their own expertise from within and this is evidenced across other teams where Paralegals are already in similar process or have qualified with the firm.
