Personal Injury Lawyer

We are looking for an experienced RTA Personal Injury Solicitor or Fee Earner to join an expanding team in Liverpool.

This role would suit anybody with upwards of 2 years' experience of dealing with mid value RTA "portal drop out" claims up to around £20,000 in value.

The law firm in question are a passionate, forward thinking and modern law firm. They currently employ over 150 staff from their state-of-the-art offices in the heart of Liverpool.

About the role

This will involve taking over conduct of a caseload of RTA claims which have fallen out of the MOJ Claims Portal and running them to conclusion.

The firm is in a strong position to expand and has a very healthy number of PI and RTA Claims. They are happy to pay experienced and competent litigators a very competitive salary to get them on board. Bonus and overtime available.

This will involve effective use of the Proclaim Case Management system and the candidate will be expected to display a high degree of proficiency in respect of literary, telephone and customer care skills.

What we are looking for

You should be capable of efficiently handling a caseload of RTA Portal drop out claims, with strong organisational skills and the ability to set and meet deadlines, whilst meeting and managing client expectations.

More than 2 years' experience of working on legal claims preferably in respect of RTA matters subject to specific team requirements

Excellent understanding of Proclaim or equivalent case management systems

Salary

£30,000 to £35,000 Dependent on experience plus overtime and bonus.

Excellent bonus scheme and overtime available at time and a half.

Working hours

9 am to 5 pm

Holidays

24 days a year plus bank holidays
