The Role

The firm is seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor (4+ years PQE) to join its Legal 500 rated department.

The work that this department deals with is normally only associated with top end City firms. The work they do is considered to be extremely HNW and often involved cross jurisdictional elements. This is an established and successful department where you would be exposed to the highest standard of work.

The successful candidate will be highly experienced at Transactional Commercial Property. However, this role will also require a candidate interested in expanding into Developments and Property Investments. You would ideally have experience working alongside large Corporate organisations and HNW investors, although not essential for someone coming in.

This role will also come with certain managerial responsibilities, so experience in this area would be highly favourable

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 4+ years experience (no upper limit)
• An appetite for Business Development is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are crucial.
• Ability to run a caseload without supervision.
• A strong academic background is preferable.
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an industry leading benefits package.
