A career defining move into a diverse and leading international commercial practice, seeking a Residential Property Senior Associate/Partner to be based at the firms' modern offices in the heart of Bath.
This practice is considered a specialist across a broad range of sectors such as banking & financial services, investment funds, manufacturing, energy, construction, commercial services and real estate and has offices throughout the UK. It acts on behalf of a very strong client base which includes SMEs, major UK companies and UK subsidiaries of overseas-owned corporates.
They are looking for an experienced Residential Property Senior Associate with industry contacts, or a Partner with a potential lead following to come in and assist in developing a department.You will be a senior in a friendly and growing team, working on a diverse caseload including HNW cases.
