Clinical Negligence Paralegal. A clinical negligence paralegal is required within a department of a team of clinical negligence specialists, based in Birmingham, that work across both the public and private sectors: They are members of the NHSLA clinical negligence panel and are highly regarded for their work in the NHS, as well as private health companies. The clinical negligence paralegal role will involve providing efficient and pro-active paralegal support to a team of busy lawyers. Previous clinical negligence paralegal experience is required for this role. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational and time management skills are required for this role. The successful clinical negligence paralegal must be an enthusiastic team player with good interpersonal abilities.
