COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER – NORTH HAMPSHIRE – PERMANENT POSITION
Great opportunity for a commercial property lawyer to join a well known modern full service law firm in North Hampshire with an excellent client base.
This law firm’s commercial property law team has experience of dealing with a wide range of commercial property / real estate matters such as acquiring and selling freehold and leasehold properties, property development work and development projects, joint ventures, planning and site development, commercial landlord and tenant matters, secured lending, planning law and licencing matters.
The role will involve working on a caseload of commercial property matters especially property development.
This law firm offers a competitive salary plus benefits.
