Your new company
Our client is a very highly regarded full service law firm which is long established in Cheltenham offering services throughout the region as well as nationally and acting for clients abroad. This law firm is recommended in the Legal 500 and Chambers&Partners and is known for it's traditional values whilst adopting a modern approach.

Your new role
You will be joining an experienced, Partner led Private Client team who handle all aspects of wills, trusts and IHT. Some of the team are members of STEP, SFE and the Law Society Private Client Section.

The team work with clients from a range of backgrounds advising on simple wills planning through to complex inheritance tax issues, Court of Protection matters, LPAs, trusts and estates.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Private Client lawyer who is able to hit the ground running and be able to provide advice on a number of Private Client matters. You will have good academics and whilst PQE level is less important, you will be a confident and accomplished lawyer.
