Hays Legal Recruitment are sourcing for a Democratic Services Manager for a Local Authority based in North Hampshire. This Interim role is confirmed for a period of 3 months but may be extended and could lead to a permanent position longer term.

Your new role
The role will report to the Head of Law and Governance and will support the Authorities Monitoring Officer. You would utilise your previous Local Government Law experience and work responsibly on the plans to deliver service plans, objectives and key priorities. You will advise internally on a wide variety of matters and lead the provision of the effective democratic service unit whilst supporting the Monitoring office on relevant matters.
