Corporate immigration caseworker
A leading global immigration consultancy is seeking a senior corporate immigration caseworker to join its expanding team.
Main duties include:
- Managing your own cases of corporate clients
- Managing bespoke and varied applications
- Keeping upto date with relevant caselaw and changes to rules/legislation
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years experience of:
- Managing own caseload, particularly involving acting for corporates
- UK PBS from tier 1 - 5
- Handle all aspects of sponsorship licence applications
- Tier 2 ICT and Tier 2 General
- be ambitious and want to work on complex cases
